James leads Developer Advocacy and Developer Relations teams and he helps develop and support programs to help customers learn and use services quickly. In helping customers use technology to solve their business challenges, James has been behind some of the flagship AWS exhibits, including Serverlesspresso, ServerlessVideo, and Innovator Island. He developed the Serverless Land website, which is now the world's most popular serverless websites. His teams speak at conferences, write blog posts and whitepapers, create workshops, and develop proof-of-concept applications. James' goal is to unblock customers to build effective solutions.
